The Plus level also gives you access to the strategic advice and critical eye of our Client Services staff who will advise you on developing an effective e-communications plan. We work to help you make the most of your Search list purchases and to help you build relationships with your prospects... turning them into visitors, applicants, and (ultimately) new students. Like the Basic level, you provide us with the appropriate lists and we set up the campaigns and manage the mailings. We keep track of important mailings statistics (like open rate, click rate, and bounce rate among others) and manage your unsubscribes and bad addresses to ensure that your mailing lists remain up-to-date. We also work directly with major Higher Ed list vendors like the CollegeBoard, NRCCUA, CBSS, and ACT to get your data directly from their system.

Finally, our Plus clients can use our creative services on an as needed basis to handle development of messaging strategies for particular events or unexpected opportunities.
