Endless Email™: A Full-service, Turn-key Email Service

abeedle.com Endless Email™ is available in 3 service levels including Basic, Plus, and Super.

For the BASIC level, we manage the loading and deployment of all messages, including HTML upload, list upload and management, testing, etc. You simply provide us with lists and creative and we do the rest. Some additional charges may apply if you ask us to do significant list format changes or complex merge/purge operations as well as in the event that your HTML needs significant reworking in order to be viewed by most email clients.

For the PLUS level, in addition to all the standard features as well as the features of Basic, we offer to consult with you on a communications plan for the year (including a search strategy) and develop the templates and copy for three messages of your choice through the year. Most clients use/re-use these templates for their entire mailing cycle and we most frequently do the copy for the Search message, a Campus Visit piece, and a piece to drive prospects to Apply Online.

For the SUPER level, we simply do all of the creative and template development for the year in addition to the services offered at the PLUS level. Again, most clients choose to use a closely related family of templates for their mailings here—we provide all of the copy or will use yours at your convenience/preference.

For Endless Email&trade, each service level includes:

CollegeEmail&trade: A Hosted Email Software Solution

Our self-service product offering with the full technical feature set that comes with our flagship product. Clients load and manage their own lists as well as creative (we offer a template development service if needed). It starts with a monthly fee ($15.95 or so) and then runs roughly $0.01 per name.

RSVP&trade: A High School Visit/College Fair Invitation Tool

Using your prospect list combined with the travel schedules and territories of your admissions staff, RSVP creates personalized email messages that invite prospects to meet you on your travels based on CEEB code or on ZIP code proximity to a high school visit or college fair. Courtesy reminders containing a list of all invited students are automatically sent to both your admissions staff and the guidance counselor (where you have an email address on file).
