SPSU needed to embrace its inner nerd and show students that the best revenge is a life well-lived. We decided to tell the story through a series of animated shorts that each highlight a consequence of hitting the books hard and letting your inner nerd lead you to the good life.

The project began with a series of meetings that helped us focus on which key branding elements needed to be front and center for the campaign. We then created a family of characters -- each of which would represent a different fact of the nerd experience. Storyboarding for individual features took place in parallel with image selection and visual character development. From there, we put together each episode and wrapped them all into a micro-site that the Advancement Office could use to promote SPSU on the web and in the community.
